二、國立臺灣大學創新育成中心之輔導廠商-臺灣中小學總合教育推廣協會為配合行政院「全民學英語政策」之推動，針對教育部委託財團法人語言訓練測驗中心所研發之英語能力分級檢定系統(全民英語能力分級檢定測驗，簡稱全民英檢)辦理學習課程。本活動由臺灣中小學總合教育推廣協會主辦，該校創新育成中心協辦，共同推廣全民英檢課程教育。
