一、該校教育理念依華德福教育課程安排與規劃，與一般公立學校不同；爰為辦理人智學理念之華德福教育及教師職能，需具華德福相關背景。
二、倘介聘成功，聘書中明定教師應參加華德福師資培訓並取得結業證書；若應聘時尚未取得資格，應於起聘一年內利用公餘時間開始受訓，並於四年內完成，並能接受國內外資深華德福教師之督導，其期程視情況另定之。
三、請欲參加介聘至新竹縣立北平華德福實驗學校之教師，宜審慎選填志願。
