查公立各級學校專任教師兼職處理原則第11點已明定教師兼任職務不得對本職工作有不良影響等限制，爰公立中小學教師得否兼任研究助理，應由服務學校就個案情形依教師兼職處理原則等相關規定本權責認定；至兼任行政職務教師之兼職事項，則依各主管機關訂定之規定辦理。
