行政院於112年12月5日公告「國家核心關鍵技術項目及其主管機關」，內政部為配合辦理涉及國家核心關鍵技術業務人員（含離職或受委託、補助、出資終止人員）之建檔管制及申請進入大陸地區事宜，爰修正旨揭作業規定，並增訂是類人員之建檔名冊及赴陸申請表。
