文官學院為推動公務人員養成閱讀習慣，以落實終身學習理念，爰自民國91年起開辦「每月一書」活動，現為辦理書目遴選，請踴躍就「公共政策與管理知能」及「自我發展與人文關懷」兩大領域，推薦近5年內（自108年6月1日起至113年5月31日止）出版之優質圖書，並於113年6月10日前至文官學院全球資訊網站（https://www.nacs.gov.tw）首頁下方主題專區點選「好書推薦（每月一書）」連結，推薦優質圖書。
