衛生福利部依性騷擾防治法第5條第1項第4款規定，辦理性騷擾事件調查處理專業人才之知能培訓，又為提升各機關(構)受理性騷擾申訴案件之調查品質，建立性騷擾調查專業人才資料庫，以利各機關(構)使用，爰訂定旨揭要點。
