一、為促進政府機關公務人員正確適用政府資訊公開法，增進人民對公共事務之瞭解、信賴及監督，並促進民主參與，法務部編製旨揭宣導教材，說明政府機關辦理政府資訊公開法申請案件所應注意之事項及相關流程，以秉持「原則公開，例外不公開」之原則，達成政府資訊公開法之良法美意，進而增進國家反貪腐之成效。
二、旨揭宣導教材置於法務部全球資訊網/法治視窗/法律資源/政府資訊公開項下 （網址： https://www.moj.gov.tw/2204/2528/2529/2544/Lpsimplelist ） ，供參考運用。
三、如對旨揭宣導教材內容有不明瞭或建議修正之處，請彙整具體建議，於113年1月15日前免備文以電子郵件(aac2027@mail.moj.gov.tw)將意見回饋表提供法務部廉政署彙辦。
