配合公立學校教職員退休資遣撫卹條例自107年7月1日起施行，教育部95年6月20日台人（三）字第0950072395C號令等4則解釋令業經教育部以中華民國112年12月25日臺教人(四)字第1124203591A號令廢止，另併同停止適用公立學校教職員退休撫卹相關解釋函68則，均自107年7月1日廢止生效（停止適用），本案詳情請參閱附件。
