| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府112年9月4日召開「112年度第3季桃園市心理健康跨局處工作會議」決議事項辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為利本府衛生局針對不同性別、年齡、居住區域等民眾進行其心理健康程度差異之統計分析，請貴校將旨案列入宣導活動或辦理課程時，一同請教師、學生或民眾施測心情溫度計（BSRS5）。 |
| 三、 | 旨案施測結果可供教師或民眾瞭解自己近期的身心狀況，適時運用心理衛生資源及求助專業協助達轉介標準者（總分15 分以上或有自殺想法分數2分以上），後續將由本府衛生局致電關懷，評估是否持續追蹤或轉介相關單位。 |
