一、鑒於港澳情勢變化，為減少市府同仁赴港澳(含轉機)可能遭遇之風險，請於行前至大陸委員會(下稱陸委會)「國人赴港澳動態登錄系統」進行登錄(陸委會官網首頁下方「快捷服務」列點選「國人赴港澳動態登錄」），併將個人登錄影本上傳差勤系統為附件。
二、赴港澳期間倘遇緊急事項，可撥打陸委會香港辦事處或澳門辦事處（駐地名稱：台北經濟文化辦事處）24小時急難救助電話（陸委會香港辦事處：+852-6143-9012；陸委會澳門辦事處：+853-6687-2557）尋求協助。
