一、為貫徹掃除黑金、防杜境外勢力、深偽影音介入選舉，建立優質選舉環境，112年6月9日修正公布之「總統副總統選舉罷免法」及「公職人員選舉罷免法」，將適用於第16任總統副總統及第11屆立法委員選舉。
