原住民身分者得於其本人、其父母或配偶之所屬民族歲時祭儀放假日期中，於該年度擇一日放假，無須任何證明。歲時祭儀屬跨年度者，依公告年度為準，如：本（113）年度公告，卑南族為12月15日至114年1月5日，若為114年1月2日放假者，以113年度計。
