一、為推動派免令電子化措施，人事總處已於公務人員個人資料服務網（以下簡稱MyData）建置派免令線上檢視系統，並規劃各機關學校使用人力資源管理系統完成派免令核定後，將由系統自動傳輸派免令資料至MyData，提供公務人員透過「公務人員人事服務網（eCPA）」以電子憑證（自然人憑證、健保卡）或行動自然人憑證（以下簡稱憑證）登入，再至MyData線上閱讀、查詢及列印派免令資料；至派免令副本則規劃以電子公文交換方式傳送。
二、自112年6月30日起，公務人員派免令可經由憑證登入後，於任何時間、地點取得使用。
