一、旨揭激勵辦法第6條、第8條、第10條及第11條有關模範公務人員及公務人員傑出貢獻獎之資格條件等條文，係自113年1月1日施行。
二、另獲選為模範公務人員，事後有依刑事確定判決，受褫奪公權之宣告或受免除職務並不得再任用為公務員、撤職、剝奪退休（職、養）金懲戒處分判決確定等情事之一者，各機關學校應自其情事發生後1個月內，依激勵辦法第16條規定函知市府。
