一、配合司法院釋字第785號解釋，行政院依公務人員保障法第23條第5項授權規定，已於111年12月21日訂定發布支給辦法，以規範各機關公務人員加班費相關事項。
二、鑑於加班費新制甫上路，為利各機關業務推動，人事總處經彙整旨揭問答集並上載於人事總處全球資訊網/給與福利處/獎金費用及業務Q&A 專區下供參，未來如有新增修正，人事總處將配合增修，不再另函通知。
