一、配合行政院111年12月21日訂定發布「各機關加班費支給辦法」(以下簡稱支給辦法)，並自112年1月1日施行，加班費等相關事項自112年1月1日起即應依支給辦法規定辦理。
二、行政院78年1月4日台78人政肆字第00049號函核示事項一、84年4月20日台84人政給字第05212號函、91年11月15日院授人給字第0910035251號函、原行政院人事行政局及行政院人事行政總處歷次函釋與支給辦法未合部分，均自112年2月9日起停止適用。
