一、為加強各機關對公職人員利益衝突迴避法第14條規定之認知，法務部廉政署前函請中央機關邀集各該機關暨所屬機關政風、採購及補助等單位，辦理「公職人員利益衝突迴避法第14條研討會」，經蒐集研討會提問後擬具旨揭說明。
