一、旨揭桌球錦標賽訂於111年11月19日（星期六）在本市立綜合體育館舉行，開幕典禮於是日上午8時準時開始，請各隊務必於7時30分前在司令台前集合整隊完畢。
二、比賽場館僅開放參賽者及工作人員入場，並採單一出入口管制，全體人員均需依規定量測體溫及消毒手部後，佩戴口罩入場，另為簡化流程，請各組隊參賽機關自行請所屬隊職員填寫健康聲明書。
三、活動當日因體育館中央廣場前車位有限，僅提供各參賽機關1張貴賓停車證供長官停車。
