| 二、 | 旨揭賽事於111年11月20日(星期日)假本市蘆竹區大竹消防隊籃球場辦理，報名資訊如下： |
| (一) | 報名日期：自即日起至111年11月6日(星期日)止。 |
| (二) | 採實體報名，報名地址及收件時段如下： |
| １、 | 桃園市桃園區守法路20號一樓 : 上午9時至下午6時。 |
| ２、 | 桃園市桃園區成功路二段265號: 上午11時至下午2時及下午6時30分至8時30分。 |
| (三) | 免收報名費，每隊收取300元保證金，於確認出賽後退還，未出賽者沒收保證金。 |
