一、各機關學校遇有符合「桃園市政府及所屬機關機構學校請託關說登錄查察作業要點」第3點規定之請託關說事件，請依規定填報登錄表，並通報教育局政風室辦理登錄。
二、為保障公務員依法行政之權益，避免因不當請託關說觸法，請依上開要點第14點等規定，加強宣導禁止請託關說，以及公務員如遇請託關說應落實登錄。
