一、旨揭要點第七點第(二)項：修正為「…；一百零八年度起，因發生災害防救法第二條第一款所定災害、傳染病防治法第三條第一項所定傳染病，或其他重大變故致延期或停止辦理出國考察時，得補助十萬元予獲師鐸獎者從事辦學考察活動、教師研習進修、推廣教育政策及研究發展等之用。」。
