配合行政院110年3月8日院授人給字第1104000067號函修正現職政（公）務人員代理政務人員及民選地方行政首長期間之待遇支給規定，並停止適用77年7月30日台77人政肆字第18575號函等3函，爰原行政院人事行政局及人事總處歷次相關函釋亦均自同日停止適用。
