本市關懷專線（0800-520-928）之服務時間、對象、內容與方式等簡述如下：
一、服務時間：週一至週五，9時至16時整。
二、服務對象：校長、行政人員（主任、組長）、導師、專任教師及學校教職員工。
三、服務內容：教學課程、班級經營、輔導管教、親師合作、專業發展、人際關係、生涯規劃、心理諮商、行政運作及其他（與教學有關之困擾）之諮詢服務。
四、服務方式：由教育局志工（係為本市部分退休校長）進行電話諮詢及轉介服務。
