為配合公務人員退休資遣撫卹法及公立學校教職員退休資遣撫卹條例之規定及實務作業，銓敘部檢討修正本辦法部分不合時宜之規範，排除撫卹者為適用對象、明定補償金於審定機關審定退休或資遣案時併同審定、訂定兼領月退休金補償金基數計算規定及本辦法施行前辦理退休或資遣之公教人員適用原規定請領補償金，明定修正條文施行日期為自107年7月1日。
