主旨：轉知現職人員復應公務人員考試錄取並採占缺方式實施訓練者，如具該占缺受訓職務之法定任用資格並依規定審定後，該段占缺訓練期間，應依規定參加公教人員保險及公務人員退撫基金，並得採計為公教人員保險及公務人員退休年資一案，請查照。
