| 一、 | 依教育部國民及學前教育署115年9月18日臺教國署體字第1150089286號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 因應菸害防制法部分條文修正草案規定，「持有」電子煙將屬違法行為，以及草案訂有1個月之緩衝期，為使民眾得以處理違法物品，並避免隨意棄置危害環境，爰已於全國設「電子煙回收桶」據點，提供「持有」電子煙之民眾自主投遞。 |
| 三、 | 上揭電子煙回收據點計431處，請逕至衛生福利部國民健康署官網(https://www.hpa.gov.tw)首頁>健康主題>健康生活>菸害防制>電子煙防制專區查詢；投遞須知如下： |
| (一) | 回收期限：自115年9月7日起，至菸害防制法修正條文施行後1個月止（緩衝期屆滿）。 |
| (二) | 全程不記名：投遞時無須具名及提供任何個人資料。 |
| (三) | 投遞時間：各回收點機關之上班服務時間。 |
| (四) | 安全提醒：請確認機身與煙油已妥善包裝，以避免煙油外漏或碰撞產生危險。 |
| 四、 | 請協助利用多元管道（如會議、研習、講座、活動、網頁、公佈欄、衛教等），向教職員工生及家長等廣為宣導，以避免於修法公布後觸法。 |
