| (一) | 參加對象：全國國中、小學、幼兒園在學學生，請以學校 為單位送件(不接受個人送件)。 |
| (二) | 收件時間：即日起至115年10月15日止，以郵戳為憑。 |
| (三) | 收件地點：中華民國兒童美術教育學會臺東聯絡處（台東縣台東市青海路三段91巷57弄22號）。 |
| (四) | 本活動請以團體統一送件，不接受個人送件。報名表單連結https://forms.gle/qEtLqYuFWfN8Qpa2A，或掃描附件QR CODE。 |
