| 二、 | 臺南市政府觀光旅遊局訂於10月26日至28日舉辦「2026臺南美食之都世界餐飲藝術挑戰賽」（Tainan World Culinary Arts Challenge， TWCAC），邁入第三屆的TWCAC，不僅延續前兩屆廣受好評的成果，更全面升級賽事架構與國際定位，持續打造亞洲具代表性的世界餐飲藝術競賽品牌，邀請全球餐飲職人齊聚臺南，以料理展現文化、以美食連結世界。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭競賽導入「臺南意象加分機制」，鼓勵參賽者將臺南在地食材、歷史文化、城市景觀及人文故事融入創作，讓每一道作品不只是料理技術的展現，更成為向世界介紹臺南的重要媒介，充分展現「料理無國界、文化有故事」的精神，歡迎餐飲菁英齊聚臺南交流競技。 |
