| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府115年7月26日第1150198179號簽奉核准辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本市自115年2月23日起施行「生生喝鮮乳－桃園鈣健康」政策，並自115學年度（115年8月31日）起擴大補助對象至2至15歲（國中畢業前）學童，凡設籍本市或就讀本市公私立國中小、幼兒園及托嬰中心之學幼生，每週得持數位學生證或鮮乳卡至合作通路靠卡兌領1瓶鮮乳或豆漿。 |
| 三、 | 政策摘要如下： |
| (一) | 開始兌換日期：115年8月31日（星期一）。 |
| (二) | 兌換資格對象：凡年滿2足歲至15歲（國中畢業前）設籍本市或就讀本市公私立國中小、幼兒園及托嬰中心之學幼生。 |
| (三) | 卡別身分： |
| １、 | 數位學生證：就讀本市公私立國中小學生以原有學生證（悠遊卡別）靠卡感應領取。 |
| ２、 | 鮮乳卡： |
| (１) | 現持一卡通學生證，或學生證於原申請時未開通電子錢包功能之本市公私立國中小學生。 |
| (２) | 其餘就讀本市公私立幼兒園及托嬰中心幼童，或2至6 歲未就讀之幼童。 |
| (四) | 兌換通路：7-ELEVEN、全家、萊爾富、OK、全聯福利中 心、美廉社、樂家康超市(部分門市)及楓康超市等8大通路，全台門市皆可兌換。 |
| (五) | 兌換時間及方式：靠卡感應領取，全年可領，每生每週可 兌換1瓶鮮乳或豆漿（當週週一凌晨0時0分起至週日23時 59分止），若未於當週兌換，則無法累積至下週。 |
| (六) | 兌換商品：鮮乳及豆漿共計35種品項，以本局官方網站上 公告之品項與規格為主。 |
| (七) | 相關最新公告、宣導素材及Q&A，將同步公告於「桃園鈣健康」官方網站，請逕行下載運用。 |
