| 一、 | 依本府政風處115年8月14日桃政預字第1150005909號函轉新北市政府政風處115年8月13日新北政二字第11516023391號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為使公務人員辦理工程案件遇到問題時，能作出正確的價值判斷，並瞭解可能衍生的法律責任，新北市政府政風處運用新北市政府與淡江大學工程法律研究發展中心及土木工程學系合辦「第5屆新北青年工程倫理廉政論談」，轉製成「新北青年工程倫理廉政論談」課程，並上架至「e等公務園+學習平臺」網站。課程內容以實務曾發生的民間及公共工程問題案件為主題，邀請產官學專家學者以多元面向討論工程問題及法律責任歸屬，強化工程倫理及法律觀念，提升廉潔意識，使公務人員能依法行政、積極任事。 |
