| 主旨： | 有關公務員及兼任行政職務教師留職停薪期間赴陸應申請許可一案，請貴校(園)運用多元管道加強宣導，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依教育部115年8月3日臺教人(三)字第1150074596號書函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 依公務人員留職停薪辦法規定，留職停薪人員仍具公務人員身分，爰相關赴陸仍應依規定事前申請許可及完成相關程序。倘公務員係留職停薪借調至非行政機關（如財團法人）者，其赴陸應向本職機關提出申請並經核准。 |
| 三、 | 至「兼任行政職務教師」亦適用公務員服務法，其依教育人員留職停薪辦法申請留職停薪期間赴大陸者，亦應依相關規定辦理。 |
| 四、 | 請貴校(園)利用內部公開集會等多元管道，加強宣導留職停薪人員仍有公務員服務法之適用，赴陸應依規定申請許可或完成相關程序，避免因違反相關法規而受議處。 |
| 五、 | 檢附原函影本及相關附件各1份。 |
