| 說明： |
| 一、 | 台灣四面環海，地理與海洋環境交融形塑島嶼之豐富生態與文化。為鼓勵在學學生與一般社會大眾踴躍發起並參與海洋事務，自2013年起，作家吳明益與母親吳鄭秀玉女士每年資助100,000元成立「吳鄭秀玉女士黑潮獎助金」，持續鼓勵並支持各項「以海為題」之研究與創作。 |
| 二、 | 本獎助金共區分四大類別：「海洋科學研究」、「海洋保育活動」、「海洋藝術創作」與「海洋計畫科展」，期待每位海島子民的專業與創意，讓海洋的豐富層次為更多人所看見與理解。 |
| 三、 | 本徵件提案申請自即日起開始，至115年10月9日(五)截止，可為全新或已在進行中之計畫，有關徵件辦法及獎助金常見問題，歡迎前往黑潮海洋文教基金會網站查詢或下載申請書（https://reurl.cc/Wzvx4x）。 |
