| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依內政部115年8月5日內授國住字第1150810186號函辦理，並檢附原函影本1份。 |
| 二、 | 本府前於113年4月3日府人給字第1130087385號函以，為減輕民眾利息負擔，就中華郵政2年期定期儲金機動利率於111年3月23日及113年3月27日調升部分，由政府各補貼利率0.125％，合計0.25％，補貼期間至115年7月31日止。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭輔購住宅貸款自115年8月1日起恢復原貸款利率，借款人負擔利率由年息1.512％調整為年息1.762％。 |
