| 一、 | 依本府政風處115年7月31日桃政預字第1150005441號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為擴大宣導公務同仁執行業務應遵守相關廉潔誠信規範，提升廠商企業誠信與民眾信賴度，以實際案例解析在業務執行中可能面臨「圖利與便民區辨」、「公職人員利益衝突迴避法」及「公務員廉政倫理規範」等廉政議題，臺中市政府政風處分別製作3部主題動畫，提供相關公務機關推廣綠能企業誠信及廉潔教育使用。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭動畫主題分述如下： |
| (一) | 第一話：圖利紅線別踩－綠能補助審查守程序。 |
| (二) | 第二話：綠能採購關係人交易－30日主動公開。 |
| (三) | 第三話：資料裡的祕密。 |
