| 一、 | 依行政院人事行政總處115年7月24日總處培字第1150018612號函辦理，並檢附原函影本（含附件）1份。 |
| 二、 | 茲以「原住民族歲時祭儀」為各該原住民族法定放假日，具法定原住民族身分者，得於本人、父母或配偶所屬族群歲時祭儀放假日期中擇3日放假。為保障公務機關原住民同仁依法申請歲時祭儀假之權益，請各機關學校協助相關同仁申請歲時祭儀假。 |
