| 主旨： | 本府員工子女托嬰中心自115年8月3日（星期一）起受理候補登記，請查照並轉知所屬同仁運用。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 為期營造友善職場並提供同仁育兒支持，本府自114年開辦旨揭托嬰中心，招收本府現職員工（孫）子女、該托嬰中心現職教職員工子女。依本府員工子女托嬰中心（以下簡稱托嬰中心）115年登記備取入托簡章第11點，自115年8月3日（星期一）始申請入托者，依申請時間先後列入候補名單，並排序於備取名單之後，俟有缺額時按列入候補之先後順序遞補，候補名單有效期間自完成候補登記日起至116年7月31日止。 |
| 二、 | 請貴機關（構）學校人事單位確實轉知同仁，如仍有（孫）子女送托托嬰中心之意願，請填妥候補登記入托報名表並檢附相關文件，經服務機關（構）學校人事單位初審後，親自或委託他人送（寄）達本處給與科。 |
| 三、 | 檢送托嬰中心「員工候補登記入托報名表」1份。 |
