| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府衛生局115年7月17日桃衛健字第1150065507號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為保護本市青少年免於菸（煙）品危害及降低其使用率，該局製作衛教宣導圖卡並辦理實體解謎活動，希冀強化青少年對菸（煙）品危害識能，並使學生瞭解菸害防制法相關規定。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭活動資訊如下： |
| (一) | 活動時間：115年7月13日至115年8月16日。 |
| (二) | 活動地點：桃園區公民會館－淘動漫（桃園市桃園區中華路8號2樓）。 |
| (三) | 組隊人數及資格：每隊2至6人，隊員須包含至少1名設籍或居住桃園市之未滿20歲兒童及青少年。 |
| (四) | 活動報名網址：https://p.accu.ps/9c62xp。 |
| (五) | 摸彩訊息：每人僅限參加1次，如發現重複參加或冒用他人姓名參加活動，將取消得獎資格。 |
| (六) | 獎品品項：包含iPhone 17 Pro、Nintendo Switch 2、iPad A16 及東芝50型4K液晶顯示器等豐富禮品。 |
