| 主旨： | 為因應115年地方公職人員選舉將屆，請各校(園)加強宣導行政中立及教育中立相關規定，並督促所屬人員確實遵守，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依教育部國民及學前教育署115年6月30日臺教國署人字第1156001865號書函辦理，並檢附原書函影本1份。 |
| 二、 | 按教育基本法第6條規定，教育應本中立原則；學校不得為特定政治團體從事宣傳或活動；主管教育行政機關及學校亦不得強迫學校行政人員、教師及學生參加任何政治團體或活動。 |
| 三、 | 次按公務人員行政中立法第9條規定，公務人員不得為支持或反對特定之政黨、其他政治團體或公職候選人，動用行政資源編印製、散發、張貼文書、圖畫、其他宣傳品或辦理相關活動。 |
| 四、 | 再按公務人員行政中立法第13條規定，各機關首長或主管人員於選舉委員會發布選舉公告日起至投票日止之選舉期間，應禁止政黨、公職候選人或其支持者之造訪活動，並應於辦公、活動場所之各出入口明顯處所張貼禁止競選活動之告示。 |
| 五、 | 請各校(園)利用內部公開集會等多元管道，加強宣導同仁應確實遵守前開相關規定，以維護教育專業及校園中立環境。 |
