| 一、 | 依據本府衛生局115年6月10日桃衛疾字第1150053019號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為加強民眾對腸病毒防治知能，降低社區傳播風險，本府衛生局於桃園市民卡平台進行旨揭宣導活動，活動資訊摘要如下： |
| (一) | 活動時間：即日起至115年12月31日止(限額6,400名，送完為止)。 |
| (二) | 參加對象：桃園市民卡會員。 |
| (三) | 參加方式： |
| １、 | 民眾下載並註冊 「桃園市市民卡 APP」。 |
| ２、 |
進入「腸病毒知識通 輕鬆帶走桃園幣！」專區，觀看本局腸病毒宣導影片 ，並可利用本局官網「腸病毒宣導圖卡」 與家中小朋友一起學習腸病毒知識。 |
| ３、 | 回答腸病毒防治問題，答題次數不限，直到全數答對為止。 |
| ４、 | 全數答對者可獲得20點桃園幣。 |
| 三、 |
