| 主旨： | 教師法第25條及第53條條文修正案，業奉總統115年5月13日華總一義字第11500042691號令公布一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部115年5月19日臺教人(三)字第1150049799號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 考量暫時予以停聘教師因非自願停止工作，最終經調查未受解聘或終局停聘而回復聘任者，倘僅維持發給停聘期間之本薪（年功薪），尚難充分維持其基本生活所需，爰修正教師法第25條、第53條，明定教師於暫時停聘接受調查後，如最終未受解聘或終局停聘並回復聘任者，補發停聘期間本薪（年功薪）及學術研究加給，並自公布日施行，以保障教師權益。 |
| 三、 | 本修正案刊載於總統府公報第7859號（另見該府網站https://www.president.gov.tw公報系統）。 |
