| 一、 | 依據教育部115年5月13日臺教學(五)字第1152801789號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭賽事由教育部、法務部及衛生福利部食品藥物管理署共同指導，由主辦單位提供數位創作平臺及文創素材，得獎者除獲頒獎金（品）外，獲獎作品可藉由中華電信專屬網站及應用程式（APP）上架，展現創作者特色與新創潛力。 |
| 三、 | 賽事徵件期間即日起至115年8月31日止，一律採網路報名，網址：https://story.funpark.com.tw/2026/index.do。各組徵件對象及參賽資格如下（不含出版組）： |
| (一) | 兒童創作組/反毒創作組：國小1至6年級學生，每隊2至6人（含帶隊者），帶隊師長或家長至少1人，入圍決賽隊伍須參加決賽暨頒獎典禮進行故事演繹。 |
| (二) | 小小說書人：國小1至6年級學生，每隊2至6人（含帶隊者），帶隊師長或家長至少1人，採錄音檔上傳賽事官網進行評比，每隊至多可上傳6件作品。 |
| (三) | 專業創作組：法定年齡滿15歲以上，每隊1至2人（隊長須滿18歲），在校學生或社會人士均可參賽。 |
| 四、 | 為鼓勵師生及家長參與國家反毒政策推動，落實親職教育功能，「反毒創作組」入圍決賽隊伍，頒發指導單位署名團體獎狀乙禎。 |
