| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據新竹縣政府115年3月3日府授教學字第1150652187號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨案新竹縣出缺學校為新設縣立竹北實驗高級中學。如參加校長候選人數超過5人，由校長遴選委員會經由書面審查初選5人進入115年4月20日（星期一）審議，初審通過名單將於115年4月10日（星期五）公告於本府教育局網站。 |
| 三、 | 報名收件時間、方式及地點： |
| (一) | 時間：親自、委託報名皆須於115年3月24日（星期二）上午8時至下午4時止，逾時不予受理。倘有格式不符規定者，須於當日下午4時前完成補正。 |
| (二) | 方式：報名參加遴選人員應親自報名或委任報名，委任報名者請填妥委託書併同報名文件繳交。 |
| (三) | 送達地址：新竹縣竹北市光明六路10號「新竹縣政府教育局學務管理科」，如有疑義，可電洽03-5518101轉2811。 |
| 四、 | 遴選日期及地點： |
| (一) | 時間：115年4月20日（星期一）上午9時起，依序進行簡報，屆時請準時出席。時間表將於115年4月10日（星期五）公告於新竹縣政府教育局網站。 |
| (二) | 地點：新竹縣教育研究發展暨網路中心 2 樓第二研習室。 |
