| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據中華民國第五十七屆世界兒童畫展桃園市作品比賽徵 集辦法辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動相關訊息說明如下： |
| (一) | 徵集對象：本市公私立國民中、小學在籍學生及幼兒園學 生。 |
| (二) | 報名方式： |
| １、 | 一律以學校為報名單位，不受理個人報名。請於115年3月27日(星期五)下午4時前至中壢國小網站（https://www.clps.tyc.edu.tw/ ）完成報名作業。 |
| ２、 | 報名表之指導老師欄，限填一位就學學校老師，若無校內指導老師，則填「無」。 |
| ３、 | 各校取得學生參加作品後，完成網路報名資料填寫，系統將自動寄送作品標籤檔案至電子信箱，請自行將作品標籤以A4大小列印，並將作品標籤黏貼於作品背面右下角。 |
| (三) | 收件日期：115年3月30日(星期一)至115年4月1日(星期三)，每日上午8時至下午4時，共計3日。派員送至中壢國小學務處（桃園市中壢區延平路622號，校門位於康樂路寶雅對面）當場確認簽收。倘採郵寄方式，請自行確認作品數量，並於115年4月1日(星期三)前以雙掛號寄送，郵戳為憑。 |
| 三、 | 檢送旨案比賽徵集計畫1份。 |
