| 一、 | 依銓敘部115年2月13日部管二字第11559310171號函辦理，並檢附原函影本1份。 |
| 二、 | 查本府前於115年1月30日修正「桃園市政府所屬各機關學校獎勵案件核發獎金及獎勵品實施要點」，各機關學校得依該要點規定核發獎勵。 |
| 三、 | 另原函說明二就激勵辦法第5條第3項補充說明機關首長如符合該法第5條第1項各款事由，上級機關得參照第5條第3項規定予以獎勵。 |
