| 一、 | 依本府人事處案陳銓敘部114年10月2日部法三字第1145880153號函辦理，並檢附原函及附件各1份。 |
| 二、 | 配合本細則第21條修正，本府各機關學校商調案，如係以「商調函」方式辦理，則其回復期限及過調日期，係以收受他機關商調函次日起算；如以「公文會辦」方式辦理者，係以收受會辦公文次日起算之。 |
| 三、 | 另請各機關學校檢視刻正辦理之人員商調案，如本細則修正生效日（114年9月27日）起，始收受其他機關商調函者，均應依修正後規定辦理；至本細則修正生效日前，已收受其他機關商調函而尚未回復者，應於本細則修正生效日次日起1個月（114年10月27日）內回復，且回復之過調日期原則至遲不得逾本細則修正生效日次日起3個月（114年12月27日）；如未於上開1個月內回復者，即以本細則修正生效日次日起2個月之期滿日（114年11月27日）為過調日期。請各機關學校依上開規定辦理，以保障人員任職權益。 |
