| 二、 | 該協會為獎勵在學癲癇朋友不畏疾病困擾，努力完成學業，特設旨揭獎、助學金，申請時間為即日起至114年11月20日止，若符合資格且欲申請獎助學金者，請自行至協會網站( http://www.epilepsyorg.org.tw) 下載並備妥相關文件後，於114年11月20日前郵寄至該協會。 |
