| 二、 | 依「紀念日及節日實施條例」第6條規定，原住民族歲時祭儀：由原住民依其族別歲時祭儀擇定3日放假。另依原民會公告事項，係由原住民依其本人、配偶或直系血親尊親屬之所屬民族之歲時祭儀申請3日放假，3日之歲時祭儀得分次或連續申請，例假日前後視為連續。 |
