| 一、 | 開平餐飲學校長年致力於推展餐飲專業教育，啟蒙對餐飲有興趣的學生，讓餐飲文化能向下紮根。自西元1999年起，由開平餐飲師生共同舉辦的「主廚盃餐飲競賽」，已成為國中校際餐飲交流的年度盛事。本次主題是「食當季食在地」，旨在響應現代社會對永續發展和健康生活的追求，希望透過此次活動，讓孩子們開始探索食材選擇到烹調理念的各種面向，並發揮創意實踐所學，透過料理展現自我，創造未來的無限可能。 |
