| 一、 | 依據國教署114年8月8日臺教國署學字第1145805020A號函、「高級中等教育法」第54條、「國民教育法」第45條及第46條，暨教育部「高級中等以下學校學生申訴及再申訴評議委員會組織及運作辦法」（以下簡稱本辦法）辦理。 |
| 二、 |
為使學校瞭解學生申訴及再申訴制度，教育部國民及學前教育署已於學生事務資訊暨活動網站建置「學生申訴及再申訴專區」(網址：https://friendlycampus.k12ea.gov.tw/StudentAffairs/54/2)， 並設置「相關法規」、「申訴、再申訴格式範例」、「資料檢索」、「人才庫名單」及「諮詢服務資訊」「宣導資料(含學生申訴手冊)」及「問題專區」等資料，提供下載運用。請貴校運用多元管道加強向師生宣導，以維護學生權益。 |
| 三、 | 請學校確依本辦法第62條第1項規定：「學校應將學生申訴制度列入學生手冊及學校網站，廣為宣導，使學生了解申訴制度之功能。」 |
