| 一、 | 依中華民國全國公務人員協會（以下簡稱全公協）114年7月1日全公協字第1141003600號函辦理，並檢附來文及附件影本各1份。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭保險專案係全公協委由保誠人壽保險股份有限公司（以下簡稱保誠人壽）承作，並預定於114年8月1日起調整定期人壽保險項目額度由100萬元變更為50萬元，其餘保障項目不變。 |
| 三、 | 為維護保戶權益，前開保險內容異動資訊，業公告於全公協官網，保誠人壽委託推廣及服務之精聯保險經紀人股份有限公司業務員亦將通知各保戶，如擬退保者，請於114年7月20日前填具退保申請書送達保誠人壽，如無法於上開期限辦理退保而遭扣款者，至遲須於114年9月15日前填具退保申請書，並送達保誠人壽辦理退款。 |
